Spice Projects has been rendering yeomen fruitful services to the GSM Network field, Fire Fighting and construction field across the length and breadth of Kerala and we have completed many other civil projects like buildings, roads, etc.
We are the one of the leading Govt. (A) Class Contractor of Kerala, with its Administrative office strategically located at Aluva (Cochin) Federal Bank Junction. Spice Projects has its Go down, workshop and sub office situated at Kochukadavu, Mala, Punkunnam Thrissur and poojappura Trivandrum.

Spice 2 Save is a company which deals with installation of Fire Hydrant System and Automatic Fire Alarm, Smoke Detection system and also Fire Extinguisher's. Spice 2Save installs the system with higher quality and highly professionally with timely delivery.

Spice Projects also deals with Real Estate business with its brand name as Spice Realtors. Spice Realtors deals with all type of real estate business. Spice Realtors has done high end real estate within this year of its working.
The Management
Spice Project is headed by its very seasoned Director Mr.Sanumon P.B. (Chairman of Builders' Association of India, Thrissur) with MBA graduate is a very enterprising, dynamic and industrious entrepreneur. His late father was a Govt. contractor for more than 28 years and that is where the tradition started. Spice Project works by the motto "Hard work, perseverance and focus always bring delightful results".
